Shipping & Returns Policy

​We take great pride in handcrafting quality items and creating meaningful workshop experiences. Please review our policies below regarding shipping and returns.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All items are handmade excluding some of the "Merch" products. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for production prior to shipping. Custom items will include an estimated production time that will be directly communicated with the customer. Large, custom pieces will be available for local pickup only at this time. 
     

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
     

Local Pickup

  • If you are local to SETX, we offer free local pickup. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
     

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
     

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bluemesahandmade@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
     

Returns & Exchanges

Handmade Product Returns

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., damaged item, incorrect product), please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
     

Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
     

Workshop Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made within 6 days of the workshop are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or request a credit to use towards a future workshop. For either of these options, please contact us directly at bluemesahandmade@gmail.com.

  • In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule.
